Read a public contract
The object describes the purchase. The buyer commissions it; the winner supplies it. CPV classifies the purchase, and the procedure describes the reported award process.
Base price is an estimate or ceiling, contractual price is the agreed value, and reported final price may depend on execution. They represent different stages.
Signing and publication are different dates. A known winner is not evidence that only one bidder participated. Unknown bidder counts remain unknown.
Missing fields, corrections and multiple suppliers need context. Open the original record to inspect conditions, lots, modifications and execution.
